Design: longitudinal prospective study.


Primary Objective: to assess long term symptoms and quality of life of patients recovering from COVID-19.


Secondary Objective: to assess potential easy-to-use questionnaires administered via structured phone interviews that would be useful to study the long-term sequelae of COVID-19.
