Short biography

Enrica's research interests revolve around antibiotic resistance. Enrica graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and later obtained her Master’s Degree in Public Health Biology at the University of Padua. Her previous project was related to the study of possible biological drugs at a molecular and biochemical level to contrast antibiotic resistance in E. coli. Currently she is a Research Fellow at the ID-CARE Team, participating in two projects: the Bacterial Priority Pathogens List, coordinated by the WHO, with the aim to promote research and development of new antibacterial treatments; and she is also involved in the REVERSE project.
