Title: Combacte-Magnet EPI-Net Excellence centers

Design: hybrid design of implementation research (narrative review, simulation modelling, educational tool).

Primary Objective: to establish a global network of “centers of excellence” to limit the transmission and spread of multidrug-resistant bacteria and improve patient outcomes in healthcare settings.

Secondary Objective: to provide a supporting tool (based on transmission simulation modelling) that is able to forecast specific infection prevention and control measures, as well as antibiotic stewardship interventions to be implemented in order to limit the transmission and spread of multidrug-resistant; to run high quality multicenter AMR epidemiological studies;
